How does PAF help?
On one hand we would like to support/develop the healthcare institutes, doctors and nurses with organization and leadership development-, community development- and personal development methods whose culture-forming power has a positive effect on the operation, professional and leadership work, on the service level as well as on the atmosphere of these institutions.
We would like to inspire with positive examples all of the healthcare workers, who - as it is well known- often struggle with doing their best in those circumstances where crisis situations and lack of human approach is an everyday case •On the other hand we would like to succeed in bringing into awareness how to approach these institutes with being more prepared, conscious and co-operative for civiliants who eventually finance these institutes for being a place of recovery.
Our goal is to develop a more human Hungarian healthcare system in co-operation with the healthcare workers (doctors, nurses) and with the people wanting to get healed.
