We believe that well-developed individual skills are beneficial not just for the organisation: It is a good feeling to have a job completed, to experience success, and to enjoy recognition and reward. Our skills development training programmes are inspired by the future success of the participants. We provide the participants with knowledge and skills that, besides supporting their efforts to achieve the organisational goals, also allow them to experience efficiency and success. We want to help them experience these feelings.
 

In the framework of our programmes we identify the areas and skills to be developed in cooperation with our partners. We design training programmes tailored to the needs of the individuals, using our training blocks, modules and workshop elements. We consider it important to understand that people are different.

Different people learn in different ways. At the training sessions we deal with both the theoretical and practical sides of the issues. We pay attention to presenting the background and provide space for practice. We are aware that a couple of days is not enough for leaving old habits behind completely and replace them with new ones. We only seek to start the process of change in the participants, to provide them with the necessary knowledge, to provide an opportunity to practice, and to show a way of using the new skills in everyday practice. We support the utilisation of the new skills through follow-up, e-learning solutions and internationally recognised methods.
