We believe that the success of an organisation hinges on the alignment of the objectives, resources and participants within the organisation. The appropriate organizational strategy and its implementation, the process of introducing and integrating the changes creates this internal harmony, effectively connecting the organization with its environment: partners and clients as well.

As strategic consultants we help our clients in developing a strategy that both meets their vision and supports the employment of the ACE method. In this process we rely on tried and tested (e.g. balanced scorecard) and new approaches (e.g. disruptive innovation) as well.

As change management consultants we support our clients in the successful implementation of the strategy, or in the introduction of the new ways of operations, organizational processes or cultural changes that are prerequisites for the execution of the strategy.

As consultants our contribution can take different forms: from the formulation of recommendations through the facilitation of planning processes till the complete delivery of change processes.

In strategy implementation and in the management of change processes we apply GROW's own change management model, which is based on scientific research and on our own experiences as developers and change managers.

  • Organisational diagnosis

Employee satisfaction assessment: Knowing the level of employee satisfaction is a starting point of strengthening motivation at organisational level and of identifying the underlying issues behind any dissatisfaction. We carry out satisfaction assessment in a way tailored to the current situation of the company, using electronic or printed tools, with the involvement of all employees, if necessary.

Comprehensive organisational diagnosis: The first step of any development programme must be a diagnosis, which we also offer as a stand-alone service. The comprehensive organisational diagnosis includes the assessment of the current condition of the factors that are crucial to the efficient operation and the success of the organisation, and the identification of problems and challenges. Our organisational diagnosis is based on a series of methodologies, including questionnaires based on innovative models, interviews, focus groups and network research tools.

  • The establishment of corporate identity

The definition of the mission, vision and values of the organisation: Corporate identity functions as a compass throughout the operations of the organisation and is crucial in establishing employee commitment. The establishment of corporate identity takes place in close cooperation with the organisation (or its respective unit). This collaboration usually includes workshops where we define the mission, vision and values as well the key strategies of the organisation, and work out how to integrate these factors into the organisational culture.

  • The development of organisational viability

Our complex development programmes focus on the establishment of an ACE culture, which means the alignment of employee and management culture, employee satisfaction, strategies, structures, systems and operations, and shaping organisational capabilities and engagement. Our development process includes the following phases: Assessment and diagnosis, improving the organisation's self-awareness, establishing feedback systems, identifying the focus of development, action planning, implementation and evaluation.

  • The development of organisational culture

The alignment of the vision and the culture of the organisation: The organisational and operational culture may significantly impede the achievement of the objectives defined in the vision of an organisation. In such cases the goal of our programmes is to re-design the culture so that it can support the realisation of the vision. Our solutions start with a diagnosis in order to assess the characteristics, strengths and problems of the operational culture. In the following stage we support the establishment of the foundations and the implementation of a new culture with the involvement of the management and all stakeholders.   

Integration of the new culture: Our experience suggest that in the case of amalgamation of organisations (i.e. through merger or acquisition) special attention must be given to the integration of the different company cultures. It also includes the establishment of shared values and behaviours for the new organisation. In this regard our solutions focus on creating harmony: The goal is to find the points where the separate cultures can join, and to identify the strengths and values that can serve as a basis for a common future.

  • Brand alignment consulting

In addition to specific services, organisations also provide an attitude, e.g. a client-centred approach, to their partners. However, the brand image, which reflects how its partners perceive the service provider's operations, often differs from what the organisation would like to communicate. Our brand alignment services aim to re-shape the organisation's operations so that they become "on-brand", that is, perfectly aligned with the values and objectives of the organisation.
