Our services in the field of leadership development serve this purpose - the transfer of our approach. Nowadays we tend not to believe in the painless, miraculous powers of 2-3 days long trainings. In the case of complex topics, like leadership development we think in the terms of development processes. In such processes participants first get to know their levels of competence, they then receive inspiration to change. Following this they encounter a tailor made development - both in the terms of content and methods - that fits their situation, and then they receive help, during a series of follow-up activities to work with and to integrate their experiences.
