In what do we believe at GROW OD. Group?

The answer might be surprising: our beliefs are a bit different. In teaching, developing others there are no sure routes, nor can we find ready-made answers. The only sure thing is the constant search for solutions. What is common in each of us is our undiminished belief in development and learning.

The direction is unified, however our approach is colorful:

  • We believe that there are no ready-made answers.
  • Every individual and organization needs a personalized approach.
  • All individuals and organizations walk their own path of development.

A good development program has to affect multiple factors simultaneously in a complex way. It is really important that these programs have to develop the skills needed for effective working, increase motivation and create the openness in the participants for change, development, and qualitative improvement and these all have to be done by supporting corporate expectations.

A workplace can be a scene for creative, joyful cooperation where the mutual attention of the colleagues and their communication and the proper set-up and acceptance of roles may create a generative atmosphere.

This can multiply organizational effectiveness, helping the organization in quickly adapting to the changes in the market, and the environment.
